Our mission will be complete on Oct. 6. We are very excited to see family, three new grandsons, taller, smarter grandchildren and friends again and to eat donuts and see mountains and many other things. But our eyes fill with tears already as we think of leaving dear friends, the loving people of Egypt we have served and the blessing of consecrated missionary service here.
The Lord has blessed us beyond what we ever could have imagined. Our lives have been changed in ways we didn’t anticipate and can’t fully express. Our faith and hope in our Savior has increased and our understanding of the love that Heavenly Father has for all of His children has deepened and enlarged our souls.
Thanks be to God for the power of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ to bless his children—one by one.
